JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 4 01-10-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 497, 323, 324, 307, 384, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the accused persons including the petitioners came variously armed when petitioner no.2, Munna Kumar inflicted injury with farsa on the right hand of the informant and when the nephew and brother of the informant came to rescue, they were also assaulted when accused persons snatched gold chain from the nephew of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence also and except one, the accusation is omnibus and general.
