The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,341,323,353,379,216A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant being a police officer saw on Platform no. 1 of Ara Railway station that 20-25 persons including co accused Ashok Kumar, Shivji Singh and Fauji creating nuisance then the informant tried to apprehend them when they raised slogans.
