the State.
Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case
registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324,
341, 307/34, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner assaulted with sickle on the neck of the informant when coaccused Jariniyan Khatoon also assaulted the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only one lacerated wound has been found on the left side of the neck of the informant, simple in nature, caused by hard and blunt substance where informant alleged to have been assaulted with sickle.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 30 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
