It is alleged that 100-150 were assaulting two persons suspecting them as robbers. When the police reached on the spot then the police force was abused, manhandled and police Jeep was damaged.

situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 31512 of 2015.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3

of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, District – Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
