The petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.05.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. On the information that the petitioner deals in the stolen vehicle, one Pick up Magic Tata vehicle and one Passion Pro motorcycle were seized near the poultry farm of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has purchased the Pick up Magic vehicle from someone, but the same has not been transferred in the

name of the petitioner whereas he disowned the alleged motorcycle. It is further submitted that the seizure list does not reflect that the seizure has been made from the possession of the petitioner as the seizure list depicts the place of seizure as the premises of Hisua police station. The seizure list also does not depict the signature of the petitioner.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the seizure list does not depict that the seizure was made from the possession of the petitioner, statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner has to appear at B.A. (Hons) Part-I examination and the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 99 of 2015.
