Having heard the parties, the modification
application is disposed of observing as under:-
The order dated 09.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no.
26740 of 2015 is modified to the extent that at the bottom of the
order it shall be read that the deposits so made by the petitioner
for securing the privilege of anticipatory bail would be without
prejudice to his right, defence and contention to be raised in the
pending proceeding(s).
Let a copy of this order be transmitted to the Court of
learned CJM Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohaniya
P.S. case no. 157 of 2015.
