Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,341,323,324,386,379,504,506,307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that for none fulfilment of extortion demand Petitioner no. 1 assaulted on the head of the informant’s son Manish Kumar with iron road. Petitioner no. 2 assaulted on the head of Shashi Kumar with road with intention to kill. Thereafter, the informant paid Rs. 2000/- to accused to save their life.
