The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420.
It is alleged that the petitioner being the proprietor of M/s Digital Park supplied three cartridges (toners) claiming to be of HP Company for the computer printer which were found to be not genuine.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that neither the petitioner is manufacturer of the cartridges (toners) nor he has been paid the cost of the cartridges (toners) supplied by him. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of accusation arising out of contract, let the above named petitioner be released on

Case No.125 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
