Petitioner is named in the first information report but specific allegation of firing is against other accused and so far as the petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he as well as some other accused persons were giving signal to main accused and made firing but it is not clear whose firing hit the injured. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad P.S. Case no. 185/2015.
