The name of the petitioner came in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused who disclosed that Mobile Nos. 8651899262 and 8651899427 belong to the petitioner but when the CAF and CDR of the aforesaid Mobile Numbers were verified, it came to light that the sim of the aforesaid mobiles had been issued in favour of one Raj Kumar. Therefore, it appears that except the confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.
