2 23-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 406, 498(A), 323 of the of the Indian Penal Code and Section ¾ of Dowry Prohibition Act in which cognizance has been taken only under Section 498(A) of the IPC.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are in-laws of the complainant and main thrust of allegation is against the husband of the complainant.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or
