2 01-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 364 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the police, on information, was conducting the vehicle check in which the pick up van was intercepted when four persons were apprehended but these petitioners managed to flee away after throwing the pistols on the place of occurrence.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that admittedly there is no recovery from the petitioners and petitioner
