The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 364, 302/34 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioner came armed with deadly weapon, abused the informant and took away her husband and killed him.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigation is still going on and the accusation is omnibus and general and considering the same several accused persons have been granted regular bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 38488 of 2011, 37231 of 2010, 28851 of 2010 and 18757 of 2012.
