registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of abducting 17-years-olddaughter of the informant though it is alleged that the victim went missing with gold chain and cash of Rupees ten thousand.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the brother in law and mother of Ravi Kumar who also went traceless from the alleged date of occurrence and the petitioners filed an informatory petition before the Sr. S.P., Bhagalpur about the missing of the son of petitioner Suman Devi.
Considering the thrust of accusation against Ravi Kumar, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishak Chak P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015
