The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after five years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands. It is also alleged that attempt was made to put the victim on fire in 2007 also.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general. There is nothing on record to suggest that in 2007 attempt was made to kill the victim.

More over, the father of the husband of the victim has been acquitted vide S.T. No. 817 of 2014 as none of the witnesses supported the accusation.
The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 246 of 2011 pending in the court of learned SDJM, West Muzaffarpur.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
