JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 7 24-04-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the complainant and the State. This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 498A of the Penal Code. There is allegation of demand and subjecting cruelty. The demand, alleged, was for a motorcycle and rupees fifty thousand and for which the victim-wife has been driven out of her matrimonial home. However, even after the complaint did not appear. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, contends that the petitioner is ready to keep the victim-wife with full dignity.
