Case No. 88 of 2012, registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits complainantwife has married with another person and she is not willing to live with the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order in the court below shall be released on interim bail for four months on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Manigachhi P.S.
