The first information report was lodged on 30.12.2014 against unknown but in course of investigation, on 12.01.2015, the spy of the police disclosed the name of the petitioners and after that, some witnesses, whose statements were recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C on 19.01.2015 and onwards, started claiming to have seen the petitioners fleeing away from the place of occurrence. Except the aforesaid circumstances as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioners.
Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi ( Mehsaul O.P) P.S.Case No. 1049 f 2014.
