The petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Sessions Trial N. 175 of 2014 arising out of Singheshwar P.S.Case No.135 of 2014 registered under Sections 395, 397 and 412 IPC. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but he was apprehended with the looted motorcycle immediately after the occurrence. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected . The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
