ORAL ORDER
4 24-06-2015 Heard both sides.
The petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Jagdishpur
P.S.Case No.294 of 2014 registered under Sections 376(2)g of the IPC and
section 4 of the POSCO Act.
The petitioner and three others are alleged to have gang raped
with the victim.
It is submitted that the victim was examined and the doctor did
not find any sign of rape. It is also submitted that the case has been
compromised.
Considering the nature of allegation and also that the petitioner
along with three others, gang raped with the victim, I am not inclined to
enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected .
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and
conclude the same within nine months from the date of receipt/production of
a copy of this order, holding the trial on day to day basis.
