JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 2 22-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP. There happens to be allegation against the petitioner to have inflicted Garasa blow over head of informant causing injury thereupon. From Annexure-3, injury report two incised injuries having following dimensions have been found:- (i) one incised wound on forehead 2”x¼” x skin deep (ii) one incised wound on forehead left side 1”x¼” x skin deep. For causing the above injuries, petitioner happens to be under custody since 09.01.2015. Furthermore, from the order impugned, it is apparent that charge has already been framed against the petitioner.
