While informant along with his friends, Ravindra Kumar and Alok Kumar were returning, were intercepted by Anjani Singh, Kishlay @ Bittu (petitioner) Chandan, Sonu and Rudal along with two unknown persons who after tying the informant went along with Ravi and Alok. Subsequently thereof, it has been alleged that they began to fire and during course thereof, the firing made by Anjani Singh caused injury over his knee. Alok and Ravi escaped therefrom.
Petitioner has not been identified as an author of the injury and is under custody since 02.08.2014.
Accordingly, petitioner, Kishlay Kumar @ Bittu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
