2 18-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the
State.
The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/452/386/427of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the FIR named accused persons variously armed with came at the shop of the informant, assaulted the informant, demanded extortion, took away cash of Rs. 65,000/- and threatened.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. Moreover, the informant has retracted from initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below, the same has been brought on record as annexure-3 to the petition.
