The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/323/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of kidnapping the brother of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 12.05.2014, the complaint was filed on 29.05.2014 which came to register as P.S. Case on 22.06.2014.
Considering 164 Cr.P.C. statement wherein the victim supported the accusation of kidnapping and named the petitioners,
