Submission was that the allegation which appears in the complaint petition itself indicates the fact that the complainant was looked after well and respected in the matrimonial house and there does not appear any reason as to why the petitioners should be acting as cruelly as alleged. Submission also was that the relationship of the petitioners with the husband is also detailed in the complaint petition. Further submission was that there is no injury report produced by the complainant in support of the allegation that she was assaulted.

Considering the above facts, let the above named four petitioners be directed to be released on anticipatory bail either in the event of their arrest by the police or surrender in the court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Abhishek Kural, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in Complaint Case No.963 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
