In the light of the fact that some of the accused persons have been admitted to anticipatory bail by different Benches of the Court, let the above named petitioners in the six petitions be released on anticipatory bail either in the event of their arrest by the police or surrender in the court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Ind.) P.S.Case No.32 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
