The petitioners are languishing in custody since 15.09.2014 and 09.09.2014 respectively in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 412, 414 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that, though, the truck but neither any recovery from the petitioners nor the petitioners have been put on T.I. Parade. Statements to that effect have been made in para 7 and 9 of Cr. Misc. No. 15484 of 2015 and para 7 and 8 of Cr. Misc. No. 20916 of 2015. Though, petitioner Shyam Kumar Roy is accused in two other cases but petitioner Sonu @ Budhan has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have not been put on T.I. Parade and the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffapur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2013.
