Petitioner being revenue karamchari, allegedly, demanded bribe for issuance of receipt. The aforesaid accusation was got verified by the Circle officer, who after due enquiry, found the accusation untrue but learned court below differed with the finding of the Circle officer and proceeded with the case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Vigilance I/C, Muzaffarpur in Vigilance P.S. case no. 73/2014 arising out of Special Case no. 66/2014.
