At an earlier occasion while rejecting prayer for bail under Cr.Misc.No. 37921/2014, although the petitioner has been found non assailant of the deceased, however, taking into account his absence in between and so, a liberty was given to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
From perusal of Annexure-3, it is evident that charge has already been framed vide order dated 27.02.2015.
As such, petitioner, Bhorik Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two
