Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 13.8.2014. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Dariapur P.S.
