Even otherwise the review petitioner claiming herself to be the wife of the writ petitioner has filed the application seeking review of the order dated 14.02.2014 on the ground that certain incorrect facts were stated by the petitioner. Be that as it may, this Court by order dated 14.02.2014 only permitted the writ petitioner to file an application before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City and satisfy the court for passing an order directing release of the passport of the writ petitioner. The petitioner being the complainant will naturally get an opportunity in the light of the said order to argue that the application filed by the petitioner does not merit to be allowed.
The application being I. A. No.4553 of 2014 stands
rejected.
Consequently Review Application No.113 of 2014 is also rejected.
