2 23-07-2014 Heard counsel for the petitioners in support of the application. None has appeared on behalf of the respondent State. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid application has in fact been filed seeking modification in the order dated 11.09.2013 whereby prayer for restoring the writ petition was allowed by extending the peremptory time subject to

deposit of a cost of Rs. 250/- with the Patna High Court, Legal Services Committee and filing receipt thereof within ten days.. Learned counsel with reference to the averment made in paragraph 4 submits that the cost so directed by this Court was deposited on 12.02.2014. It has therefore been submitted that the time granted under order dated 11.09.2013 passed in MJC No. 226 of 2013 be extended to 12.02.2014.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer is allowed. The time granted under order dated 11.09.2013 is extended to 12.02.2014 subject to deposit of another sum of Rs. 250/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee and filing receipt thereof within ten days.
