Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the village of the petitioner is Dahiyar and not Dahiyapur which name has been by mistake mentioned in the cause title of the writ application.

From the documents annexed with the writ application it appears that the name of the village of the petitioner is actually Dahiyar.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the name of the village of the petitioner in the cause title of the writ application and upon such correction the

cause title of the order dated 12.12.2013 shall be treated as

modified accordingly.
