JUSTICE JAYANANDAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 16-07-2014 The writ application of one Md.Shahbuddin was disposed of by this Court directing the Block Education Officer to comply with the order of the Appellate Authority in respect of the selected candidates named in the letter of the District Education Officer, Darbhanga as expeditiously as possible. Petitioner was also one of the selected candidates. The opposite parties have shown that the appointment letters were issued to almost all the selected candidates, but the petitioner was absent and did not receive her appointment letter and did not even respond to the notice issued to her for joining within ten days.
The grievance of the petitioner is that she was not informed and notice has never been served on her within time.

has to approach the Appellate Authority for directions in the matter. Since the opposite parties have complied the order of the Appellate Authority by issuing appointment letters to almost all
the selected candidates, no case of contempt is made out.
