Singh, learned counsel for opposite parties, submits that order of this court has already been complied with in its letter and spirit. Entire dues of the petitioner have already been cleared. This fact was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner, however, he makes a prayer that, if still any grievance exists, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.
