This application seeks restoration of CWJC No. 8710 of 2013 to its original file and number.
Under order dated 19.02.2014, this Court permitted the petitioner to comply with the order dated 07.02.2014 within three days failing which the application as a whole was directed to be rejected.
It is stated that the supplementary affidavit was prepared on 12.02.2014 inasmuch copy thereof was served on the counsel for the State. By mistake the same could not be filed and ultimately the supplementary affidavit was filed on 15.04.2014.
Counsel for the State accepts service of the copy of the supplementary affidavit on him on 12.02.2014.
