| only Rs.100/-, the first appeal is not maintainable before this | |
| Court. Accordingly, the office shall return the memo of appeal with the judgment and decree if filed and court fee, if any, to the learned counsel for the appellants within ten days from today. |

| The learned counsel for the appellants shall receive the same from the office. If it is not received within the said period, the first appeal shall stand dismissed as not maintainable before the High Court. |
