Taking into consideration the stand of the respondents in the supplementary counter affidavit, especially paragraph 5 thereof, the writ application stands disposed off with a direction upon the respondents that they must expedite the process of release of grant-in-aid to the academy, so that the employees of the academy do not suffer on account of non-availability of funds for payments to them. The Court expects such a grant, to be released within a period of three months from the date of production / communication of a copy of this Order.
