affording liberty to the petitioners to seek their remedy by way of statutory appeals.
Taking into consideration that the seniority list was published in the year 2011 and the petitioners have chosen to question the same after a lapse of three years, no cause for interference with the seniority list is warranted and the petitioners, if so advised, may seek recourse to such other remedy that may be available to them in law.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
