| Principal Secretary to submit with reference to a counter affidavit |
| filed on his behalf that steps have been taken to punish the erring |
| Executive Officers who are not ensuring the compliance with the |
| provisions of the Bihar Panchayati Raj Act, 2006. He refers to a |
| letter no. 9440 dated 27.11.2014 filed today. Mr. Nath has also |
| submitted that efforts are on to place proper Executive Officer and |
| it is in this direction that the letter has been issued. |
| If the letter dated 27.11.2014 is any reflection of what |
| the Principal Secretary intends to achieve then its effect can only |
| be gauged from the future litigations. |
No further order needs to be passed.
