Since the representations are to the Chancellor, who is statutory authority under the Universities Act, he is required to take cognizance of the same and pass orders in accordance with law with necessary follow up communication to the petitioner in that regard.

This Court disposes of the writ application expecting that this shall be done by the Chancellor within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
