In effect, the prayer made in the present writ applications to implement an order passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Ara dated 25.2.2010 passed in Case No. 7 of 2009.

These applications are disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Ara for implementation of the said order, in view of the submissions made on behalf of the Respondents State of Bihar that now such power has been conferred upon District Appellate Authority.

If the petitioners approach the District Appellate Authority within a period of two weeks from today, the District Appellate Authority is required to consider the petitioners’ claim and concluded within a period of three months thereafter.
