Case No. 654 of 2013 dated 23.10.2013 instituted for offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he is named in the F.I.R. and the allegation is that he had fired upon the informant but initially no injury report was brought on record and only when the Court by order dated 04.06.2014 directed the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya to look into the matter as to why such report was not submitted, a report has been obtained with regard to the injury sustained by the informant which, according to him cannot be relied upon.
