| The present application has been filed for quashing the | ||

| whereby thepetitioner’s application for discharge under section 227 Cr.P.C. has been rejected. |

| The accusation against the petitioner is that on his order Abdul Wadood and Md. Shadab caused knife injury on the left |

| This court does not find any infirmity in the impugned | ||
