	`The present application has been filed for`
	`quashing the order dated 24.10.2013 passed by the`
	`learned C.J.M., Kaimur, in Mohania P.S. Case No. 123`
	`of 2013 whereby the processes were directed to be`
	`issued after cognizance being taken for the offences`
	`punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 307/34`
	`of the I.P.C.`
	`It is submitted by learned counsel for the`
	`petitioners that the police submitted charge sheet`
	`under Sections 341, 323 and 504 of the I.P.C. but`
	`differing with the same cognizance has also been`
	`taken under Section 307 of the I.P.C. whereas there`
	`is counter version of occurrence also.`
