The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substance Act. Petitioner no. 1 is the father of petitioner no. 2 is his son. Allegation is of recovery of 8 kilogram Ganja.

Submission is that present case is the first case in which the petitioner has been implicated. The recovery is not of commercial quantity.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
