The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 457, 380, 506, 511 of the Indian Penal Code regarding theft of cattle. On chase one thief Md. Soyebur @ Soibur was apprehended and on his disclosure the name of the petitioner and another accused has come. The person who was apprehended with cattle has been granted bail by this Court on 3.10.2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 39413 of 2013. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
