It has been submitted that he had originally filed this application against summoning of the Doctor but he has now been examined. Unfortunately, the prosecution has been delaying the matter and once again another Petition has been filed for summoning another witness.
Without going into the merits of the case, the Trial Court is directed to ensure summoning only those witnesses who are required for just decision of the case and not unnecessarily delay the trial since this is an old matter.
With these observations, the Application is disposed off.
