counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused of the case which has been registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The case was registered against unknown after recovery of the dead body of the informant’s husband which was found floating in a well.

Submission is that there is no witness of the occurrence and the entire case dairy has been discussed by the learned Sessions Judge from which it appears that there is no witness of the occurrence. During investigation, it has come that the informant was having illicit relationship with the petitioners and the reason of case was failing of illicit relationship.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate/court concerned, Sherghati in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 23 of 2012.
