It is submitted that by the impugned order of rejection, the petitioner and Sonelal Raut, both of them not named in the F.I.R. but subsequently implicated on suspicion, were denied anticipatory bail.

Noticing the earlier institution of U.D. Case No.2/12, co-accused Sonelal Raut has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No.3355/14 on 25.3.2014.

Considering the grant of anticipatory bail to similarly situated co-accused, let the petitioner named above surrender before the court below within four weeks when he shall be enlarged on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bailbonds of Rs.20,000/( twenty thousand) along with two
